By registering an account, placing an order, or accessing this platform, you irrevocably agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable statutory regulations of India.

2. Nature of Platform & Ordering Process

AYUCUREX Healthcare provides digital procurement workflows for quality-controlled pharmaceuticals, healthcare formulations, and bulk hospital/retail pharmacy inventory.

• Retail Ordering: Customers may place single-unit or personal health orders in accordance with valid medical prescriptions where legally required.
• Bulk B2B Procurement: Registered pharmacies, chemists, clinics, and hospitals may procure batch quantities at tiered bulk pricing subject to valid Drug Licences (Form 20/21) and GST compliance.
• Direct WhatsApp Coordination: To guarantee seamless logistics, every order generates an automated database record, instant email dispatch confirmation, and connects directly to our WhatsApp dispatch desk (+91 95271 21132).

3. Schedule H / H1 Prescription Mandate

In strict accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945:

• Formulations classified under Schedule H, Schedule H1, or Schedule X cannot and will not be dispensed without a valid written prescription issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP).
• Prescriptions uploaded through our portal or shared via WhatsApp are systematically audited by our registered pharmacist before stock allocation.
• We reserve the absolute right to cancel and withhold any order where the prescription is expired, forged, illegible, or deemed non-compliant with Indian pharmaceutical standards.

4. Pricing, Invoicing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the portal are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and discounted rates are clearly stated per formulation pack.

• Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is incorporated into all final invoice totals.
• Downloadable, tax-compliant PDF Invoices bearing our official GSTIN (27ABFCA3998L1ZZ) and CIN are generated automatically for every confirmed order in your account portal.
• Prices are subject to revision based on raw material benchmarks and national pricing authority (NPPA) directives without prior notice.

5. No Refund & Returns Policy

6. Intellectual Property & Branding

All content on this portal, including company names (“AYUCUREX HEALTHCARE PVT. LTD.”, “आयुक्युरेक्स हेल्थकेअर प्रा. लि.”), trademarks, logos, package designs, images, and formulations, are the sole proprietary property of AYUCUREX Healthcare. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer

Information on this website is for commercial supply and reference purposes only and does not substitute professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or treatment.

AYUCUREX Healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of medicines or non-adherence to physician dosages.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
